They finally implemented the Electronic Parking System at the Whoreland Avenue Car Park since Monday.

It means no more aunties prawling around the carpark!!!! No more reason to get summon. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee...

but wait, is that means my friends can't cheat 50cents/halfanhour liao????
